We are searching for a Parts Shipper and Receiver to serve as a dealership ambassador. You will work with all operational departments to maximize guest engagement and seek out opportunities for guest-centric experiences throughout the dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all parts/service customers including wholesale accounts.
• Managing the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
• Collaborating and communicating with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
• Tracking, tracing, and updating the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Performing unpacking of shipment deliveries.
• Preparing shipping documents.
• Maintaining records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Consolidating shipping orders.
• Inventory and arrange stock on shelves to keep an organized department.
• Clean parts department, it is important to keep the warehouse in top condition.
• Ship/deliver parts to customers as required.
