Dealership Service Concierge

The “Dealership Service Concierge” is the first contact for our guest when they arrive
at Clarington Hyundai. We pride ourselves with providing exceptional customer service
from start to finish.
Our jobs aren’t just about giving guests a smooth check-in and check-out. Instead, we

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and work with operational departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Serve as dealership ambassador for Clarington Hyundai.
- Work with all operational departments to maximize guest engagement and seek out opportunities for guest-centric experiences throughout the dealership.
- Work together with the drive thru and service team to create a great environment for both customers and co-workers.

What You Bring:
- Passionate about guest service.
- Excels at communications, both verbal and written.
- Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of 12- hour 6 day a week operation.
- Prior experience in customer service.
- Valid G Drivers Licence.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- You are self-motivated, confident, and customer-focused with strong organization skills
